When im recording a video ive noticed that my camera vibrates, it started when November ive only have my phone for 2 months by this time but it was very random and seldom then after a month, by 3rd week december, ive noticed that it keeps happening everytime i record a video. Got it checked and it was detected as factory defect, i was really disappointed that samsung is unable replace my phone, like i mean it cost almost $2k and was really heartbroken when it had a defect and they can't replace the unit. ☹️☹️

Like why it happens? They cant pinpoint exactly but when they run a diagnostic they said the camera is not properly calibrated

I'm sorry to hear that.. factory defect causes camera vibrate, which is functionsl issue, but not replaceable, certainly unbelievable. Samsung shouldn't sell any products that have Factory Defect. But in case it happens, Samsung should replace it since customers spend top money to buy perfect products other than with issues. I definitely support you to complain with Samsung on the issue, and I hope you will get your replacement since you deserve a wonderful S23 Ultra .

Thats what i exaclty complained to them. But they said they can't replace the unit as it is outside the 15days replacement. I was really hearrbroken, when i they said that to me. 🙁🙁

I already did, they did replace the parts but they didnt guarantee that the issue will not come back they've asked me to monitor it.

Well I believe the only responsibilities is to repair the device not replace.
I had a new phone back in the day and the microphone was bad and the place I bought it just gave me a new phone but it was only a day or 2 old when I contacted them. Luckily my friend pointed it out otherwise who knows how long before I even knew it wasn't correct.

Yep usually they will give a replacement if its been only 2 days. Unfortunately for me, i ddnt notice it until i started recording more videos. 😞😞
