S24 Pre order stuck on "waiting for apporval"

I pre ordered an s24 ultra 2 days ago, but the order is stuck on waiting for approval. What does this mean? I have tried contacting Samsung support, but they keep leading me to this useless website.

Check with your credit card provider, it is likely in "pending" ...once authorized, Samsung will confirm order.
