Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with notifications not making a sound even tough all settings are turned on for alert and vibrate. It stopped working about a month ago and Samsung can't figure out why it is not working.

I did all of that including a factory reset and nothing fixed it. Took it to an authorized Samsung repair place. They said that they couldn't do anything to repair it as it is a Samsung issue and for Samsung to replace the phone. I called Samsung and a manager was suppose to call me back 3 days ago and I still haven't heard from him. The phone is less than 6 months old and Samsung not wanting to help.
I had my phone hooked up to my Bluetooth speaker and the notifications come through that but as soon as it is disconnected I can't hear notifications. Does anyone know where I would look for a setting that has been changed or turned on. I habe tried everything
