S24 ultras apparently "genius" post processing of pictures messes up my pics

So I've posted to this form before but samsung doesn't seen to pay a heed, I took two photos the sky was extremely beautiful and the color was so effed up in the pictures the 1st one was still a bit fine.. mind you it was fine no where close to how it looked before processing but the second one the sky got changed to *** yellow color, I mean what is samsung even thinking

We are sorry to see this issue from you on your device. Please try turning off scene optimizer or using Pro mode to manually adjust settings like white balance and exposure for more accurate colors.

So you say do all that and miss the shot.. like I'm in a car and have a second to click a picture before the scenery changes, you expect a user to do go to pro mode adjust settings as per the colors, and it is not the issue with the screen optimizer.. it's the post processing, I see the colors are good before the processing then I see the 4 dots circling on the pictures as it gets processed once it's done.. VOILAA.. a perfectly good picture gets turned to absolute garbage
