I understand why Samsung wouldn't publicly commit to a release date, with that latest news that there's a beta 4 they just don't really know. Positivity is subjective and a mindset, that's the reality.
This is impossible, they give other cell phones the new version and those people who have that cell phone have that opportunity to use the new version and we who have a high-end cell phone do not.
