Can anyone help? I have a S6 Edge. I can't answer my phone when it rings and I can't shut my alarm off unless I go in and delete the alarm. Help please. I tried to do a chat with Samsung and tried phoning them but no rep is available.
When you say you can't answer the phone when it rings, what exactly do you mean? can you be a little more specific? You can't answer because the phone freezes when it rings? You can't answer because you can't select the answer button?
I would try what rebooting your phone as suggested by @IvanYuo, it rebooting doesn't solve your issue, it sounds like you may have installed an app on your phone that is causing the issue, check in the "Apps that can appear on top" in settings, if there are some apps that you recall installing around the time you starting having this issue, disable them in there and then test to see if you can turn off your alarm.
