Was curious if anyone else is having issues with samsung pass not showing apps/websites. I try to update or change passwords. But the app doesnt show. Only time im able to update is by going to the app directly and waiting for the update pop-up to appear. I should have about 45-50 apps im only seeing 43..
Hi Cheeseburgereddie, please try the steps below and get back to us with the results. Also, could you check if you have an option to uninstall the app?
1. Empty your phone's cache memory. To clear the cache, go to Settings, drag to and tap on Apps. Go to the app you want to erase and tap it. Tap Storage, then Clear Cache.
2. If that doesn't work, tap "Clear Data" (Note: this will erase all app data on your phone and you will need to log back in).
3. If that doesn't work yet, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
