Samsung One UI 7 Rollout Delays and Beta Program Expansion
• Samsung is facing significant user backlash due to the delayed stable release of One UI 7, based on Android 15, and a lack of transparency regarding its rollout plan.

• While the S24 series is still awaiting the stable update well into 2025, Samsung is expanding the One UI 7 beta program to the S23, Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6, raising concerns about this being a damage control tactic.

• A leaked One UI 7 roadmap was denied by Samsung, emphasizing that official updates will be communicated through official channels, such as the Samsung Members app.

• Hotfix updates for the S24 Ultra are being released, addressing issues like screen refresh rate problems, suggesting the final stages of testing are underway, but a stable release date remains unannounced.

• A new feature, Now Brief, will be exclusive to the Galaxy S25 series initially, leveraging the device's advanced NPU, further highlighting the disparity in software updates between Samsung's flagship generations.

When has Samsung communicated release dates on Samsung Members?

I think Samsung is going to communicate shortly, especially to the least priority markets. Plenty of S23 and Fold 6 buyers are extremely upset. They should aim for uniform communication across Globe and not favor one market over other.

I just don't want any updates to damage my phone or camera or cause issues it doesn't currently have. Overall my phone is working 100% so I don't even need an update.
