Hello samsung user

I have this issue in my samsung s21 ultra 5g a green line just appeared in my screen while im watching youtube. May i ask if the samsung will repair this kind of issue without paying for the repair? Is this covered by samsung becauae of the faulty software update? I saw many post about the green line issue and some of them are fixed and some are not and they told that samsung is asking for the repair cost of the device even it's not the consumer fault. Fyi i updated my samsung s21 ultra for one ui 6.1 first i have this gaming issue that i cant control the virtual joystick then after that I've been i their customer service then reset my phone. Just a couple of day green line appeared in my device.

Yes, po pero still exists pa din po ung green line issue so meaning di sya na resolve ni samsung kaya dalin nyo lng sa mga service center po ung mga unit nyo para mabilang nila ung mga issue 0ag lumagpas tyo ng 50 up na client na nag complaint ng same issue possible gawan ulit ng paraan ni samsung kasi nasa term and conditions nila to
