Samsung S24 Ultra is not charging with Samsung 45w Charger

I am writing to report an issue with my 45-watt charger's compatibility with my S24 Ultra. While the charger functions properly with other devices, such as other phones and Buds 3pro, it fails to charge my S24 Ultra. Conversely, other chargers are able to charge my phone without any problems. This suggests that there may be an incompatibility between my phone and the charger, despite the fact that it was working fine for nearly two months before this issue suddenly occurred. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

1. If you are asking Samsung for support, from the main Community page, bottom right, click on Support and check options tp contact.
2. If you are asking members, then the first things to check then, if not combined as one wall plug combined as a unit, check both the wall plug and the cable separately.separately. In particular. Note cables in particular fail or do not meet charge specifications.check your current all plug and cable in another device and see if it is charging and, if so, at what rate. Use app Ampere from Play Store to do this. Read about different cable specifications by seacthings in Wikipedia usb cable specs.

The S24 supports fast, super fast, and wireless charging.

To use fast charging, you must have a charging cable that supports adaptive fast charging with a capacity of 25W.

For super-fast charging, you must have a charging cable that supports adaptive fast charging with a capacity of 45W - 45W TA + 5A cable (E-marked).

Please Note: Standard S24 cables only support 25W charging.

You will also need a 45W Travel Adapter. Super-fast charging will not function with a standard charger. We recommend using the USB Type-C, 5A charging cable that comes with the 45W charger.
