I used to be able to delete files via My Files or when connected to my PC. Now I get a "failed to delete" message and when connected to my PC I'm told the card is write protected. How do I change this?

Hi @Gabbers. This error will come up if there is an application accessing your SD card while you are trying to delete/modify files. Using the micro-sd card adapter should allow you to delete files. Also, try a device reboot before deleting.

I hate updates! I used to be able to access my files, now it's asking me for a password; I have tried every password I know and can't get in. I also don't see a place to be able to change my password if I forgot it. This is NOT very user friendly!
