Galaxy Sgreen line issue is pretty common, i heard they extend the free screen replacement until end december of this year, but some say this only apply for India. So my advice just visit nearest samsung service center in your city and ask if they offer a free screen replacement.
If they don't offer it then well you are out of luck and must pay for screen replacement, anyway good luck

Galaxy SAnd of all things, they asked me to leave my phone there for 3 working days to investigate the problem.
Surely they know how much difficulty this will cause any customer.
