Text to speech has disappeared

The microphone icon above The keyboard has disappeared. You have to go looking for it to find it. How do you fix that and why would you change it?

Hi BSTR, Please do follow the steps to enable microphone on the keyboard.

1.Scroll down to find Language and input, then tap it.

2.Check the box in the left side of Google voice typing to enable this option.

3.Enable this option will make the Mic button available on your Samsung keyboard.
