Samsung, can you please work with Google Messages to add these missing features in their messaging app that are included in Samsung Messages for Samsung phones?

For example, when you send a motion photo, it removes the motion and sends a static photo. The workaround is to send it by Quick Share, but that sends a link instead of just the photos if the person isn't near you. The rest are seen in the attached photos.

What you've shown above si the same thing that moderators here have been doing and yet not 1 of them clearly state the reason why beyond their preference. Again it is NOT a fact.
Recommendation isn't fact it's a recommendation. Nowhere does it state Samsung Messages does NOT support RCS or that Google Messages will replace it. Yikes.

Both Samsung and Google need to put the correct information about their products out there for their customers. Not only would customers get excited, but they'd also be rest assured and have more faith in their products and services. I will always jump between them every time they introduce new features and improvements but my personal preference is for Samsung Messages to have EVERYTHING and be the absolute best messaging app and work seamlessly with Google and IMesessages but I'm sure some features will have patents and be gatekept BUT that is my wish that I will continually pressure Samsung to do if not Google or both but I really want that from Samsung! All we can actually know for sure is what Samsung and Google say so in this case no news in terms of abandoning Samsung Messages is good news. There is no evidence to say that you're wrong which is great imo. Ai and regular Google searches can only bring us to websites with other debates about it and give their "opinions" lol non of which is helpful other than to create more mystery and speculation lol
The only reason I prefer a default messaging app is because I want to be able to use all of the features from each combined I guess that's why people like slack and sunbird but I refuse to pay for free apps just to lump them together when technically a folder can do the same thing lol 😆
It's still disturbing to see how hard Samsung and the carriers push to use Google Messages because most people just want one that works and if it's not yours then you lose some credibility as well as continuity with one ui and people worry about losing their important messages so they don't want to jump back and forth. They should make it clear that it's just their personal preference or opinion and not coming from Samsung Headquarters or Management
