Unable to merge calls

Does anyone else no longer see the "merge" option when trying to conference two calls? I just got this new S23 Ultra last week. Was merging successfully until today. Started with a message "unable to conference calls"... then after restarting the phone no longer see the merge option. :( Very sad because so far am loving this phone! 😢

Hi, Let's try resetting the settings on the device.

From settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings>>Reset settings>>Tap on reset.

Performing reset settings will not delete any data, it just set the settings to default.
