Galaxy SI believe that it's a relic of Google's Files app. You'll notice that it takes up hardly any storage. You Can't open it, or interact with it..
Eventually it will likely just disappear from your system.. it doesn't actually do anything.

The only explanation I can think of, is that native One UI V7.0 doesn't allow access because of security policies?
