I recently purchased a Tech21 pure clear case which is a transparent very low profile case and the phone behaved normally for about a week but recently when I push the power button to unlock the phone there is a delay of approximately 7 Seconds before it turns on. when I take the case off it behaves normally but since this phone is so fragile that it cracked on the corner when it fell to feet off my lap cannot in good conscience use it without a case anymore. There does not seem to be any interference in any of the sensors. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Home button on screen is a physical button below screen. Holding or double tapping that home button will wake up your phone. It will work even if display is off.
