I upgraded from S22 ultra to S24 Ultra and I have to say the color pallet is unsaturated and colors look dead. I tried vivid mode as well but it is not intensifying the colors which is disappointing.

Any 3rd party app to adjust the color saturation on my phone?

S22 Ultra still a great phone. Probably Samsung will push an update 🙏🤞🙏

Hi, Galaxy S24 series model has been adjusted colors and brightness for more accurate and comfortable vision while using.

It has made some changes to the display technology to offer a more natural viewing experience, so you may notice differences in color depth when compared to older devices.

This concept of behavior on the display is and intended color adjustment and is not a defect of the product, so you can use it with confidence.

To provide our customers with the best possible experience, we value customer feedback and continually improve our software (UX) as market and consumer interests evolve.

So why are other customer service reps saying that it's a bug?

I don't know if it's just me but this color screen issue seems over exaggerated to me. Yes it's not as saturated as the S23U - S22U but the S24U's screen is beautiful to me. Even if they fix vivid mode, i think ill be keeping it on natural.

Check in Display>Eye Comfort Shield and ensure that Ehanced Comfort is turned off.

I noticed that my colors on the s23u became washed out when that option was enabled, I hope this helps.Screenshot_20240131_225323_Settings_1000072153_1706770403.png
