Hi every one,

In One UI 6.1 when using bugs 2 or buds 3 and executing a command to increase or decrease the volume in a call, the volume goes to maximum and almost leaves you deaf.
It is worth highlighting:
happens the first time you run the command. Subsequent commands are normal.
This does not happen with multiple media (e.g. music, videos), it disappears with calls or Teams.
I've already tried changing absolute volume, restoring Bluetooth settings and the problem remains.
All updates are recent.
I tested it on the S22 ultra and S23 ultra and the problem happens.

Hi Members_dQMUiIM,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your both Galaxy Buds 2 and Buds 3 and tested on different devices.

Since you've already tried steps like changing absolute volume and restoring Bluetooth settings without success, please try few more suggestions which might help to solve the issue:

Turn off Media Volume sync: Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Tap the gear icon next to your Galaxy Buds > Turn off Media Volume Sync, which might help prevent abrupt volume changes during calls.

Test with a different call app (e.g., Google Duo, WhatsApp, etc.) to see if the issue is app-specific. If it doesn't happen with other apps, it could be a problem with the call app you're using (e.g., Phone, Teams).

Reset the Galaxy Buds: In the Galaxy Wearable app, reset your Galaxy Buds to factory settings and re-pair them.

Clear the Cache of phone and Team apps: Go to Settings > Apps > Find the Phone app and Teams, then clear the cache.

Reboot your device and test the issue again.

Thank you.

Hi Helena,

Thanks for the tips.
Unfortunately, even Turn off Media Volume sync the problem continued.
The error also occurred in a call via WhatsApp.
I performed the steps below and the problem also remained.
Reset the Galaxy Buds: In the Galaxy Wearable app, reset your Galaxy Buds to factory settings and re-pair them.
Clear the Cache of phone and Team apps: Go to Settings > Apps > Find the Phone app and Teams, then clear the cache.

Please, is it possible to check if there is any related software bug?
