My s21 battery drain so fast, so I went to battery usage tab to check which one use most of the battery. I don't see any unusual app use much battery except wi-fi calling. I don't use my phone calling people at all and I went to phone wi-fi calling feature is not even enabled. It has been use 7.4% battery under 1m use.
Any input will be welcome. Thanks

Hi niurou, It is normal and there will be a noticeable drop in battery life. The phone is constantly checking for and testing out the Wi-Fi connection in order to ensure no calls are missed or dropped, which needs some power. However, as Wi-Fi calling is disabled, please enable Air plane mode and then disable it, perform reset network settings. Please keep us posted if you observe any different batteries.

I have the same problem and I've tried reseting cache and rebooting network setting. No difference. My gf has an s20fe and she doesn't have that problem. Screenshot_20220401-140516_Device care_26130_1648832716.jpg

After either January or February software update, the battery problem is gone. I think the android 12 upgrade does affect some of the phones.
