after the update to android n, my phone consistently disconnected from Wi-Fi. none of my other mobile devices do this. only the s7. keep dropping Facebook calls. resorted to using my lgg3 again for Facebook messenger calls.

Try clearing cache from the recovery or reset.

Try clearing the cache. Also ensure that your phone is not set to turn of Wi-Fi when it's on standby by going to settings>connection>wifi>advanced>keep Wi-Fi on during sleep and change it to always.

see, with mine it would turn off Mid use, not just for standby, like I could be in the middle of typing this and WiFi would die or even Mid FB call.

Hey @izu, if a factory reset didn't solve your issues with WiFi dropping, can you submit an error report in the Members app? Also, try factory resetting your WiFi router and reconnecting your device.

I'm not sure how it could be the router. this is the only mobile device that is effected. my older phone and tablet stay connected 100% of the time. the s7 also connects but randomly losses connection for short periods of time
