I have a new S7 edge and after nougat was installed I cannot access WiFi settings. I did factory reset and again the same issue. Rogers replaced the phone for me and it's the same thing. the only way to access WiFi settings is to reset connection settings but I can't access my previously configured WiFi networks.
Hey @ntguy, this shouldn't happen on multiple devices even after a factory reset. Could you please submit an error report by following the instructions below?
To help us troubleshoot this error, can you submit a device error log right after when the symptoms occur? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. From the “Questions/Errors” tab, tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”.
