Wifi problem on s23 ultra

Why i cant load web or app with wifi first i have turn on mobile data then all things reload after that app work fine with wifi and i checked wifi connection on my other iphone and there is no problem in that phone with same wifi AND I bought this phone 3 days ago and i am facing this problem this is so annoying please solve this problem

There is a known WIFI issue with the s23 phones. It's why I won't buy it. I seen it reported on sammobile.com

Hi... I'm also using S23 Ultra and not facing such an issue. But these things might help to resolve the issue. First, Try a different carrier network. Second, Do a network setting reset. (Settings > Search Reset network settings > Choose the sim> Reset settings) If you are in a position to do a factory reset, better to do it. If the issue is still persist even after the reset, contact a authorized Samsung service center near to  you for further assistance. I'm sure you will get resolve this issue from any of these methods 😊

Are you using Wi-Fi 6 router? If yes, Frank55 is correct. This is a known issue with S23 phones, and I think it's not yet fully resolved by Samsung. Some says its fixed with May update, some says not.

For now, maybe try connecting to 2.4GHz only and not with the 5GHz and monitor if you still face any issue. Not ideal, but a workaround while waiting for the fix.

Same here. The problem still exists. And now having a new issue!! It gets too hot if outside or if using GPS and then all on a sudden "No sim card!" Very frustrating and disappointing. First time in my life facing such issues from a top tier phone
