To anyone that os having issues with the code. Verify thay it can be used through the app. And your signed in under the right email and samsung account outside the app.
Some need to be done strictly on website and could be sending you to US or CA may require desktop PC. As desktop site in mobile doesnt work alwaya

Or contacts sales through chat and have them apply or call
