Flip 7 internet connectivity problems

Hey, I've had my Flip 7 since launch and everything has been good... except for the data connection. Not sure why, but sometimes the data will stop for no reason. It will say I'm connected to 5G+, or LTE, but no app that uses the internet will function. It always seems to happen when I'm using YouTube Music. Turning mobile data off and on again sometimes works, otherwise I have to reboot the phone. 

Has anyone else experienced issues like this? If so, what was the fix?

Same.. had flight mode turned on by itself.. wifi and data was randomly off

  • Reset network settings: Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings. This clears saved Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile data configurations, which can sometimes resolve intermittent issues.

  • Check SIM & APN: Ensure your SIM is properly seated and your APN settings match your carrier’s recommendations.

  • Test in Safe Mode: Press and hold Power → tap and hold Power off → select Safe Mode. If the problem doesn’t occur here, a third-party app may be the cause.

  • Contact your carrier: Since the phone shows a signal but apps can’t connect, your provider may need to refresh your line or re-provision data. In some cases, a SIM replacement resolves similar reports.
