One UI 7 broke Windows Phone Link transfer

After One UI 7 update, I can no longer transfer files from PC to Z-Flip using My Files and Drag and Drop.

Error Message:

Phone Link
My Files doesn't support file transfer from your PC to the mobile app.

It used to!

I can transfer files from Z-Flip to PC using My Files and Drag and Drop.

Please fix.  (Samsung Quick Share doesn't work either)
