Samsungcare Plus World warranty related questions

If the device is damaged while traveling abroad with Samsung Care Plus purchased in Canada, will Samsung Care Plus be applied to the local country where it is traveling? Simply put, does Samsung Care Plus have World Warranties?? For example, if my device has damaged during travel in south korea, would my Samsungcare Plus work in Korea as well?? Thanks
