Is it possible to silence the camera? If so, can you post how?

Hi Gioflowers, are you talking about the Camera shutter sound?

If yes, You can silence the camera on the Samsung Galaxy device by turning off the shutter sound. 

Use the phone in Silent or Vibrate Mode:

• Simply switch your phone to silent or vibrate mode. This will automatically mute the camera shutter sound.

Disable system sounds:

• Go to Settings > Sounds and vibration > System sound/vibration control.
• Turn off Camera sound.

If it is not possible to fully disable the camera shutter sound through system settings, silent mode usually works.

Is that the only way to do it? I depend heavily on my phone sounds as this is my work phone too. It would *** if the phone sounds need to be turned off every time I want to use the camera, then to have to turn the sounds back on. That is a pretty clunky way to disable the shutter/camera sound.
