Morning, so my ZFold4 is cracking up,well actually it's got the Black Line of Death! People online call it. Im devastated. I'm sad. I'm angry. I'm confused. I've only had the ZFold4 for 1 yr 3 mos and I opened it one morning it had this thick black line down the middle of the inner screen. Making it nearly impossible to read text. I can't use a finger pressuse on the screen either and the left side is blinking a light as tho to say, bye mama I love you! Also, the inner screen bubbled down the middle to start and across the top and bottom. Repairman said it was samsungs protective screen they put on during manufacturing. He peeled it off. Samsung is responsible for this manufacturing defect. It's no fault from me, of course I took great care of my phone it was darn expensive. Insurance co. said they charge $700-1000 to fix it, deductible. What! Do I pay insurance for? Bull. Plus the phone warranty was past by the time this happened. How convenient. I am a long time user of Samsung products swearing by them for years and against Apple. Now not so much. Many online say that the Fold phones are bound to get the Black Line of Death eventually unless ur lucky. The phones can only open and close so many times. I wish I got the S24 ultra. I'm at a loss, I have multiple disabilities and barriers using this phone helped me alot in the work I did on it. Im soo sad. I'll never buy another Fold phone ever...Samsung is not so nice..and I'm not so loyal anymore.
