To permanently delete your gaming history from Samsung's Gaming Hub, please follow these steps and see if it works for you:
Clear Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Gaming Hub. Select Storage and tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. This will remove local data, including history.
Remove Game Accounts: If your gaming history is linked to external accounts unlink those accounts from the Gaming Hub. Go to Settings > Linked Accounts and remove the respective accounts.
