Still no help from galaxy store or Samsung with their update that made all my parking master levels disappear. So stay away from any updates from galaxy, gaming store or Samsung. You will loose everything you accomplished.

Unfortunately, some updates can occasionally disrupt app data, especially if the game relies on local storage without proper cloud sync. We recommend checking whether the game supports Google Play Games or Samsung Game Launcher for backup — and if so, ensure you're signed in with the same account you originally used.
If your progress still doesn’t return, we encourage you to reach out directly to the game developer through the Galaxy Store or in-game support — they may be able to assist with recovery if you provide your player ID.
