Like many others, i’m having an issue with 3 Samsung Solar remote batch # BN-01386A. The IR side of the remote works but the Bluetooth stops work after a couple months and won’t pair. I’ve done all related fixes for repairing the remote but nothing works. I took the TV to a Samsung repair centre. They found nothing wrong with the TV and couldn’t get the 3 remotes to pair with any other Samsung TV or mine. Has anyone found a solution to this problem yet?
