I'd say turn it on. Saves power by turning it down in low light areas and outputs the maximum brightness your device is capable of when in sunlight which you can't do when it is off.

Hi Anderson199214,

Enabling Adaptive Brightness is a great way to balance a brighter display with battery efficiency. This feature automatically adjusts brightness based on your environment and provides higher brightness in sunlight while optimizing power consumption.

If you prefer maximum brightness while saving power, we recommend:

Turning on Adaptive Brightness for smart adjustments.

Manually increasing brightness when needed in darker environments.

Keeping Motion Smoothness on Adaptive for a smooth experience.

Using Power Saving Mode (without limiting brightness) to extend battery life.

Thank you.
