air fryer oven

first samsung oven, decided a LARGE oven air fryer makes sense. Tried 6 times now. Dreadfully underperformed each time. Followed the directions to the letter. Extended the cooking time and increased the temp. Nothing seems to work, even for previously frozen items like fries or spring rolls. Am I doing something wrong?

I'd hate to make a claim for such a trivial thing.  But the my over air fryer is worse than my previous oven's convection roast.

Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. If your oven is capable of using Air Fry mode, you'll need an Air Fry tray (which you can purchase from our site if your model didn't come with it), and a baking sheet or tray to prevent fats or juices from dripping to the bottom of the oven. Place the Air Fry tray on Rack Position 3, which is the third rack position from the bottom.

Note: For models with twin cooking, Single oven mode is required for Air Fry mode.

Place a baking sheet or tray on the rack below the Air Fry tray to catch any drippings. (This will help reduce splatter and smoke.)

Select Air Fry mode using the dial knob. Preheating your oven is not necessary when using Air Fry.

You can change the temperature using the dial knob. The default temperature is 425°F; you can set it between 350°F and 500°F when using Air Fry. If you’re unsure which temperature to use for the type of food you're cooking, you can refer to the Air Fry cooking guide in your user manual for additional guidance

You can set Delay Start to make the oven start at a specified time, or set Cook Time to make the oven stop at a specified time. If desired, you can use both settings! Push the knob to set them.

Note: You can skip this step if you do not wish to use Delay Start or Cook Time.

When you're ready, tap START or push the knob to begin cooking with Air Fry mode.

When cooking is complete, tap OFF and take out your food.

If you have performed all the below steps, we suggest you to get it examined by the service technician to get it repaired.

Problems with Samsung email on A12

My email is refusing to download automatically. I have 4 email accounts, and they are all set to sync every 15 minutes. However to get the accounts to download, I have to download each account separately. Any help would be appreciated

It's not just you - my Samsung Over air Fryer performs worse than a $30 Hamilton Beach. Takes up to double of any requested recipe's time and nothing comes out well.
