Alarm not working while device turned off!

Hi, just got 5 days ago got Samsung  Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Will the alarm work even if the device is turned off? Since I've been trying since five nights! It just disappointed me! Can anyone knows about that?

why not. This is the 1st phone in my life that is not working alarm while turned off! If not then it should be always power on? never turned off untill battery dying?

Oh really! That's why This is the 1st Samsung phone in my life that is not working alarm while turned off! I have been using other 9 branded device but this is the Number 10 mobile phone which is 1st time I faced this problem?
