We have a 2015 smart tv. It used to have DAZN app on it and now it's gone. All the help for how to download a new app limits me to what's on the screen already - it doesn't have a search capability. The DAZN app shows up on the My Samsung Account and the description says it is compatible with our tv. So how do I get it? Been trying to reach out to customer support for two days now without any success. Feeling very frustrated. If this is a bid for me to buy a new tv I can promise it won't be a Samsung
