I bought a Samsung NU6900 TV (specifically a UN55NU6900BXZA) for Black Friday last year, and it's a terrific TV, but there's one glaring problem: every so often, the audio will stutter for a second or so, and sometimes when that happens it cuts out completely. It happens on everything from MP4s being played from a computer, to Blu-rays from a connected UHD player, which rules out a problem with the source device; I've also ruled out corrupt media by rewinding a few seconds and letting it play through again when it happens, and it never recurs in the same place. The same process also eliminates faulty connections. The glitch never occurs in the same place twice, so I'm at a loss as to what the underlying issue might be.

 

I've tried updating the TV's firmware, signing out of and then back into my Samsung account on the TV, I even reset it to factory once. Nothing seems to help.

 

I know this isn't an isolated issue--what do we do to fix this? Samsung--any support available for things like this?
