You'll need to install Good Lock app for this fast & convenient method to turn your Mobile Data on/off.
You will end up having a wedget that can turn you mobile data on & off, the wedget can be accessed through your home screen or edge screen by adding Routines panel.
It works on S8, i am not certain about other models.
Detailed steps & pictures are provided.
1/ Go to "Good Lock"
2/ Click "Routines"
3/ Turn "Routines" on and click +
4/ Click "add action"
5/ Choose "Mobile Data"
6/ Click "add condition"
7/ Scroll down and choose "add a widget to Home screen"
8/ Choose a name for the routine and click "save"
9/ Click "add"
10/ You will find the widget on one of your home screens, click it to turn your mobile data on/off.
11/ You can also add the widget to your edge screen by adding Routines panel.
Note: Sometimes (First time or after restarting), you need to turn off your data from settings/connection. Then, you need to turn your data on using the shortcut on your home screen or edge screen. After that, you will only use the shortcut whenever you want to turn your data on/off.
