Hey, my camera fails when I open the app. Does anyone have a fix for this

Hey DanGira,
As you have performed the wipe cache partition of the device and the issue persists, I suggest you to perform the factory data reset of the device after back up the device data on a computer using the Smart switch software. Make sure that you have removed the configured accounts from your phone before going to perform a factory data reset otherwise it will be locked with one of the configured accounts.

Steps for factory data reset of the device:
Go to Settings> General Management> Tap on Reset> Tap on Factory data reset> Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Reset.
Then Confirm that you understand about all data being lost and cannot be recovered. Tap on Delete All and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

still having the same issue. not impressed with samsung ultra s20. I might start looking at other brands unfortunately
