The other day i recieved three spam voicemail notifications from various phone numbers with different area codes. I blocked them & reported them.
I was able to clear two of the three notifications. One number i cannot clear. +1 902-580-4001
When i swipe down the "Clear" is greyed out ie i cannot select it.
When i tap & hold it, it says "Notification - Those notifications can`t be turned off "
How can i clear it ?

Few things to try...
First, restart your device
Second, leave yourself another voicemail
Third, listen to and delete all remaining voicemail
Fourth, call your carrier to reset your voicemail if 1-3 don't work.
