Delivery Time

Hello, I ordered my Galaxy Fit2 yesterday, November 24th. It was on sale ($50 CAD instead of $70 CAD). I have free delivery.

For now, it says that my watch status is "preparing-for-dispatch". I would like to know how long do products stay at this status before it is dipsatched?

Also, I have standard delivery. How long does it take for a Samsung product to get delivered? I leave my appartment in 2 weeks for a whole month and I would like to get it before this time. Is it possible?

Did you order the device from the Samsung website? If yes, please let us know the order number which starts with "CA" and the order number looks something like CAXXXX-XXXX.

So I contacted Samsung via the Live Chat and they told me that my order is going to be in the "preparing-for-dispatch" status for 4-5 days. I'll get an email with a tracking number. My order should arrive in 1-2 days depending where I'm living in Canada. It's delivered by FedEx.
