Fingerprint recognition not working with screen protector

I have an S23 ultra. The fingerprint recognition  doesn't work with glass screen protectors....

Will Samsung fix this?

Hi, as adviced by gokongming the screen protector might not be compatible with your device.

Please try to add fingerprints again and check if your fingerprint issue is solved.
