Recently, I've been trying to update my internal apps like 'My files' and 'Photo editor of Samsung' so after clicking on update it loads and tries to redirect me to Galaxy store, but soon after loading the Galaxy store crashes and I am unable to do download the update. How can I solve this. Thank you.

Hi, We suggest you to perform clear cache for the Galaxy store application and see if it resolves the issue.

Clearing the application cache will remove any remaining files that may slow down the application.

From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

I have already tried that, but that solution isn't working.

Hi, could you please confirm if you have tried clear data as well for the Galaxy store?

Hi, we suggest you to backup and try factory reset and check if the issue persist.

Important: Please make a backup and save all information you need before factory reset, otherwise your personal information may not be recovered.

Here are the steps to backup your data: Backup from Samsung account--Apps > Settings > Cloud > Backup > Select the data > Back up now. Backup from Google account--Apps > Settings > Backup and reset.

Here are the steps for factory reset, settings>>General management>>Reset>>Factory data reset>>Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Reset>> Delete All.
