Last night my devices keep trying to download galaxy themes update version even though I have used Wifi, and several telco data such as telkomsel, excelcomindo. It seems that the version published by samsung is error and this happen to both galaxy note 20 and Ultra.
After long chat with cust services. They keep asking me to reset configuration (stupid solutioning) instead of checking to samsung tech support on such issue!!!!!
