I just had a chat with gemini, it seems that Google os going through the same issues as Samsung on pixels models 8,9,10 connection issues servers crashing, phines stuck on boot loop, phones crashing for no reason. What happened here. If both companies got hit with the same problems & thus world wide where their respective products are sold.
Ouch !. Something is going on.
I would suggest tgat Samsung & google check for anomalies. Something caused all thise issues. But even gemini isnatba loss to the why it's not every device that's affected. Even google is still trying to figure it out. This os getting serious. Two major companies hit they bith share software. If it was a general bug everyone would be affected but it's not the case. Thier has to be a difference somewhere, something went wrong. This has peaked my curiosity. It's very strange. Hiw would this be possible that only certain devices are affected & not the entire series. Anyone ever see anything like this ?.

Hi pirattemobille,

It’s important to note that software updates and server connectivity can be influenced by many factors, including regional infrastructure, carrier integration, device model variations, and individual usage environments. This is why some devices may be affected while others continue to function normally.

Recommended Actions for Improved Performance:

Check for Updates

Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure your device is running the latest version.

Monitor Service Status

Temporary interruptions may occur. Please try again after some time to see if the issue resolves.

Error Report Submission

Open the Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports and include system log data. This will allow our technical team to investigate anomalies more thoroughly.

Service Center Evaluation

If your device continues to experience persistent issues, we recommend visiting an authorized Samsung Service Center for advanced diagnostics.

We truly appreciate your patience and feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for all Galaxy users.
