Hotstar not available (Samsung TV AU8000 50 inch)

Called customer care for this multiple times...even they don't know what to do. Really disappointed. Should have purchased a LG TV.

Hi, we would like to inform you that The Hotstar application is available on all Smart TVs from 2016 onwards, you can find the app in the Smart Hub app.
