How to get rid of these daily news notifications??? My Google feed on home screen is off!!!

It's not lock screen it shows in as notifications.....

And the "last used" option is not there.

Open the Google app. Not Chrome, the actual Google app. Go to Settings, Notifications, then tick off the news ones.

For sure! If you keep seeing them, turn off notifications for the entire Google app in Samsung Notification app settings.
