Hi Satrx, there are multiple solutions that we recommend you try. Kindly let us know if the following solutions work or not.
On your laptop, uninstall Quick Share for Windows and reinstall it again. You have the option to download Quick Share via Microsoft Store or via Android's Quick Share for Windows webpage (we recommend this). Make sure that your laptop's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on, and it is connected to the same network as your phone. Check the visibility settings within the Quick Share for Windows app.
On your phone, turn on Airplane Mode and turn it off. Same as your laptop, ensure that your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are connected, and it is connected to the same network as your laptop. Check the visibility settings within the Quick Share app.
Additionally, you can also clear Quick Share app data. Go to 'Settings', 'General management', 'Apps', find 'Quick Share' (you might have to toggle on 'Show system apps' in the sort button), go to 'Storage', and 'Clear data'.
