I'm looking for help here. I have called Samsung Help and got nowhere.
My 65" KS8000 TV is power cycling over and over. Black Screen to 'Black' (on) screen. When I turned it on last night, it said it updated to the 1250 firmware, and then the image started to turn off and back on. The image faded until it's only a 'Black' (on) screen. and that's all it does not, without touching anything, it just power cycles over and over. The remote does nothing, and the power button on the TV does nothing.
I have tried to 'hold the power button for 30s', unplug for 5 minutes, try a different power cord, try a different power outlet, etc etc. All the suggestions from the Samsung Help Line
It's completely unresponsive, I'm at a loss here... I've have only used Samsung products since 2006, and this KS8000 has been nothing but a pain...
