Othersnot sure what else to say
4 other monitors work fine with this PC, and ps5 doesn't seem to have issues with the m5, just my surface pro (via the dock)
surface detects it, does the resolution dance, then off. then on, then off, then on, then off until monitor eventually goes back to standby sleep

OthersHi Bradg, When the PC screen does not appear or the PC is not recognized, check the power supply of the PC and then reconnect the HDMI cable between the PC and product.
When the symptom persists, check that the PC is in Sleep mode. When the set resolution is not matched, the screen may flicker.
Also, try with a different HDMI cable.

OthersHi Bradg, As you had connected via the dock, please check if there is any loose connection. If everything is fine, then it might be some compatibility issues. We suggest you to check with surface pro support to see if they can help you further.
